Australian Orders

Australian fragrance orders are sent using an eligible tracked road-transport service where available. Express delivery may not be offered to some postcodes, states or territories because carrier restrictions apply. The available service and delivery estimate are shown at checkout.

Click & Collect is subject to product availability at your selected location. Your collection date and time will be confirmed after your order has been placed.

We will contact you when your order is ready and provide the collection address, available collection time and any additional instructions. Please do not attend the collection location until you have received your Ready for Collection confirmation.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable or AORA COLLECTION is unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.

If a refund is requested because AORA COLLECTION cannot supply the product, we will refund all amounts paid to AORA COLLECTION for the unavailable product. If the entire order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund all amounts paid to AORA COLLECTION for that order.

Any separate fees charged directly by your bank, card issuer, currency-conversion service or other payment provider are controlled by that provider and may not be refundable by AORA COLLECTION.

International Shipping

International fragrance delivery is not universally available. It is offered only where an approved dangerous-goods service is available at checkout. If no eligible service appears, we cannot ship fragrance to that destination. Customers are responsible for destination-country customs duties, taxes and import requirements unless checkout states otherwise.

Order Processing

Processing estimates are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. During launches, promotions and public holidays, preparation may take longer. Orders cannot always be changed or cancelled after processing, packing, labelling or dispatch has begun.

Tracking and Delivery Estimates

Tracking details are provided when the selected service supports tracking. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier networks, dangerous-goods requirements, location, weather, public holidays or destination processing.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Please check your delivery details before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. If a parcel is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.

Safe Drop, Delay and Damage

Any authority-to-leave or safe-drop option is subject to the carrier’s conditions. If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact AORA with your order number and supporting photographs and video where available so the issue can be investigated.

Collection Options

Local collection, including any Hobart collection arrangement, is available only when displayed at checkout or confirmed by AORA in writing. Please do not travel to a collection location without confirmation that your order is ready.

Incorrect, Damaged or Potentially Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears faulty, contact AORA Customer Support as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and clear photographs. Video evidence may also be requested where it can help us understand the issue.

48-Hour Reporting Request

Where reasonably possible, please report delivery-related damage, incorrect items or visible faults within 48 hours of delivery. Prompt evidence helps us investigate the condition of the parcel and arrange a smoother assessment, return or replacement process. Claims received later will still be considered where rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

Assessment and Remedy

AORA will inspect the information and evidence provided. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights, the appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund or another legally required outcome. Products should not be returned until AORA provides return instructions.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.

Before Choosing a Full Size

If you are unsure which fragrance will suit you, use AORA Buddy or explore a Discovery Sample before selecting a full-size bottle.

Protect Your Fragrance

Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heaters, flames, hot vehicles and rapid temperature changes. Keep the cap fitted when the fragrance is not in use and avoid transferring it into an unsuitable container.

Appearance and Scent Development

Minor variation in colour or scent character may occur between batches or during normal maturation. Natural settling, temperature and storage can influence appearance. A change in appearance alone does not necessarily mean the fragrance is faulty.

Application

Apply to clean, moisturised skin from approximately 10–15 cm away. Begin with 2–4 sprays on pulse points and allow the fragrance to dry naturally. Avoid rubbing wrists together, as this can change how the fragrance develops.

Safety

For external use only. Flammable until dry. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Sensitivity

Fragrance products may contain ingredients capable of causing sensitivity in some people. Review the complete fragrance-specific ingredients and allergen declaration on the product page and packaging before use. Seek appropriate professional advice if you have specific medical concerns, allergies or sensitivities.

Travel Mate Care

AORA Travel Mates are supplied empty and refillable. Fill only with a compatible fragrance from your own bottle, avoid overfilling, wipe away spills promptly and secure the atomiser before carrying it. Colour requests are subject to availability.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Returns Policy and Fragrance Disclaimer. References to “AORA”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the AORA COLLECTION business identified at checkout and on your order confirmation.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your login details. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

3. Products and Availability

Product availability, sizes and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Images and colours may vary by screen. Fragrance notes describe the perceived scent experience and do not represent individual ingredients or concentrations. We may correct genuine website errors or withdraw unavailable products before accepting an order.

4. Prices, Currency and Payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final order total are shown before purchase. Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorised and AORA confirms acceptance.

5. Bundles, Promotions and Legacy Club Offers

The standard 50 ml mix-and-match bundle prices are 2 bottles for $110 and 3 bottles for $150 unless a genuine current promotion states otherwise. Bundle savings are calculated against the regular $60 price for each 50 ml bottle. Promotions, Legacy Club offers and discount codes are subject to their displayed eligibility, duration and stock conditions. Discounts do not stack unless expressly stated.

6. Complimentary Gifts

Discovery Samples and refillable AORA Travel Mates may be included with qualifying fragrance volumes while stocks last. Preferences are requests only and cannot be guaranteed. Complimentary items cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit unless required by law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, rates, estimated timeframes and dangerous-goods restrictions are described on our Shipping page and at checkout. Risk and delivery responsibilities are subject to applicable law. International customers are responsible for destination-country requirements and charges unless stated otherwise.

8. Returns, Faults and Consumer Rights

AORA does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including for fragrance, streetwear or other products. Incorrect, damaged, unsafe or faulty products are assessed under our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Product Information & Care

Fragrance descriptions, scent notes and suitability guides describe the intended scent experience. Expected wear and projection vary with skin, application, climate and environment.

Please read and follow the product label, safety information and care instructions. Individual fragrance preferences and sensitivities differ.

For clothing, consult the product’s measurements and care instructions before purchasing and washing. Screen settings may affect how colours appear; this does not limit your right to receive products that match their description.

10. Fragrance Inspiration

AORA COLLECTION creates independent fragrances. References to other brands or fragrance names are used solely to help customers understand the scent inspiration.

AORA COLLECTION is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the referenced brands. Our inspired fragrances are not the original branded products.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

18. Changes and Contact

2. AORA Buddy

If Buddy is enabled, it may process answers about preferred scent styles, occasions, gender preferences and product interests to provide recommendations. Buddy support conversations may also include information you choose to provide. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for fragrance recommendations or support.

3. How Information Is Collected

Information may be collected when you place an order, create an account, contact us, join the Legacy Club, subscribe to marketing, use Buddy, enter a promotion or interact with website technologies such as cookies and analytics.

4. Why We Use Information

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, manage accounts and Legacy Club membership, provide fragrance recommendations, prevent fraud, improve our services, comply with legal obligations and send marketing only where permitted.

5. Marketing Consent

Providing an email for an order, support request or Buddy conversation does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Marketing sign-up uses a separate opt-in. You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The website may use essential cookies for cart, checkout, security and account functions, plus optional analytics or advertising technologies where implemented. A production cookie notice should accurately identify the technologies used and available choices.

7. Service Providers

AORA aims to collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant function. Legacy Club sign-up initially requests email and optionally a first name; phone information should only be requested when there is a defined need.

AORA products and online purchasing services are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authority, contact us.

Legacy Club Membership

Legacy Club membership is complimentary. Eligible member offers generally range from 5% to 15% on selected products or campaigns. The discount, eligibility period, exclusions and availability may differ for each offer. Membership does not guarantee a discount on every item, and offers cannot be combined unless the applicable promotion expressly permits it.

Separate Marketing Consent

Providing contact details to place an order, make an enquiry, request support or save an AORA Buddy conversation does not automatically subscribe you to promotional marketing. Marketing requires a separate, optional opt-in.

What You May Receive

If you consent, AORA may send product announcements, Legacy Club offers, release information, personalised fragrance or streetwear suggestions and relevant cart reminders. Transactional messages needed to process an order, respond to an enquiry or provide requested support are separate from marketing.

Withdrawing Consent

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in a promotional message or by contacting AORA. We will action valid unsubscribe requests within the period required by applicable law. Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel an order or prevent essential service communications.

Promotional Conditions

Each promotion may have its own start and end dates, eligible products, stock limits, minimum spend and redemption rules. Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn before acceptance where permitted by law. AORA will honour accepted orders and applicable consumer rights.

Privacy

Independent Fragrances

AORA COLLECTION is an independent fragrance brand. Each AORA product is independently produced and presented under its own AORA name and identity.

Inspiration References

Where a product is described as inspired by another fragrance, the reference is used solely to help customers understand the scent direction and olfactory inspiration. AORA COLLECTION is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, sponsored by or connected to any referenced brand. Third-party brand names and fragrance names remain the property of their respective owners.

Subjectivity and Performance

Expected wear is approximately 12–14 hours under suitable conditions. Fragrance is subjective, and actual scent, dry-down, longevity, projection and sillage vary by fragrance, application amount, skin type, body chemistry, temperature, weather, storage and environment. Performance descriptions are estimates rather than guarantees; individual results may vary.

Concentration

Crafted with 30% fragrance oil—50% more than a standard 20% fragrance concentration—for a richer, longer-lasting scent experience. AORA fragrances are presented as Extrait de Parfum.
